The WCOA is Willow Creek Village's homeowners' association. It is a common-interest community consisting of landowners living in a residential neighborhood that has restrictive covenants placed on the property. The WCOA has a common area consisting of the pond and green space, walking paths around pond and leading to city park land, and cluster mailboxes on Overlook Ridge Court.
In order to cover shared costs, such as maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, members are required to pay Annual WCOA Dues. The amount of dues, a single payment of $240 for all of 2026, may vary from year to year.
The WCOA utilizes an Architectural Review Committee in an effort to help protect the aesthetics and overall property value of Willow Creek Village. Members are required to submit house plans to this committee for review and approval prior to build. Items such as additions, alterations, and improvements to existing properties and homes must also go to the committee for review and approval.
